Hello! I am Precious Gilliam, the owner of Touched By Precious in Columbia, South Carolina. I offer a combination of body treatments, braids, locs and many more. I strive to protect and restore skin and hair using as many natural resources as possible, and to inspire other's to walk by faith and not by sight. At Touched By Precious clients can expect to walk out feeling like family.

Born in Orangeburg S.C. and raised in Columbia S.C. I received my high school diploma at Richland Two Charter High. After high school I joined the Marine Corps where I served honorably in Hawaii prior to my exit from service. Having a deep desire to enhance the beauty of people, I enrolled in Southeastern Esthetics Institute where I graduated and became a Licensed Esthetician. I later graduated from Kenneth Shuler, where I received my Cosmetology License. My military background and dedication to perfection has driven me to excel in customer service relationships and satisfaction. I am a devout Christian, wife, mother, and an entrepreneur.

DUE to COVID-19, I am asking each of my clients to wear a mask to your appointment, and to keep it on during your entire service unless you're directed otherwise.
Children
Although we love kids, the spa is not a suitable or safe environment for children under the age of 13. Minors receiving spa services may need parental consent. No extra people allowed unless being serviced.
Cancellation
To avoid being charged, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation. Cancellations, no-shows, or any appointment being rescheduled within one hour of the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full for the missed appointment(s). NO SHOW clients will be required to pay the full price of their service when re-booking! Rescheduling your appointment with less than 24 hours may result in a 50% charge. If you cancel your appointment on the same day of your scheduled appointment, another $30 NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be due when booking your next appointment and you will be charged for that service. There will be a late fee of $10 if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment! Please be mindful that depending on how late you show up, you may have to reschedule.
